Contract Process

Explore Fourth + Main’s project information, price sheet, floorplans, frequently asked questions, site map, etc. Buyers are encouraged to engage with the Fourth + Main sales team during this process and schedule zoom appointments to aid with any details and questions they may have on the purchase contract as well as selecting their desired residence.

  1. Buyer/Buyer’s Agent to fill out Buyer Registration Form

  2. Buyer to select specific unit and notify Seller’s Agent. Seller’s Agents will prepare Purchase Documents for Buyer to sign.

  3. Buyer to sign documents and deliver Earnest Money due to Sun Valley Title.

  4. With Seller acceptance, Buyer is now under contract, and due diligence starts - Buyer will have a 21 day due diligence period to finalize review of details related to purchase contract.
